Pushkar Singh Dhami (born 16 September 1975) is an Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party serving as the 11th and the current Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. Dhami is a member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly from the Khatima constituency in Udham Singh Nagar district. He became the youngest Chief Minister of Uttarakhand at the age of 45. Previous to him, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank became the youngest leader in the top job when he became Chief Minister at age 49.

Dhami's ancestral village is Harkhola (Kanalichhina Block), Pithoragarh district, Uttarakhand. He was born in Khatima. His father was in the army and retired as a Subedar. Pushkar Singh Dhami is said to be close to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and had also served as an Officer on Special Duty to former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Bhagat Singh Koshiyari.
Dhami is a qualified lawyer, and holds a LLB degree from Lucknow University. According to his self-declared affidavit filed during the 2012 Uttarakhand assembly elections, Dhami had listed his profession to be that of a farmer, which he changed to advocate in his 2017 affidavit.
Mr Dhami started participating in youth politics for the first time in 1990. Till 1999, he worked with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the student wing of the BJP's ideological mentor Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
