To all such questions and many more, I have tried to compile the answers as per what Ulemas are saying on this.
1. What to do if the place I stay is infected by plague/coronavirus pandemic?
If you are living in a place which is infected by plague or at current time this Coronavirus pandemic, you are strictly advised not to leave the place and stay at home safely. Never ever go out unless its medical emergency.
2. Is it true if Muslims are barred to visit places if its infected with plague?
Yes, indeed it is true as mentioned in previous response, "do not go to it (place infected with plague) and if it occurs in a land that you are already in, then do not leave it".
3. Is it trying times for Muslims in the world, by not able to pray Eid-Ul Fitr Namaz at Eidgah/Mosques?
Our prophet has already given solution to tackle these kind of testing time situation, instead of going restless and doing anything which is forbidden per Islam, we should be following the advises of rules of law prescribed to handle these kind of situations.
4. Should we pray at Eidgah/mosque maintaining social distancing or at home?
As again mentioned, the best advice given is not to leave the place if its infected from plague, so going out to perform Eid-Ul Fitr Namaz at Eidgah or mosques is also not advised. Better pray Eid Ul Fitr Namaz at home only.
5. Does Islam allows Namaz at home for men?
Yes, certainly men are allowed and Islam also has prescribed certain rules, how to perform Namaz if men have to perform Namaz at home. Please follow the instructions.
6. Is it not a sin to perform Eid-Ul-Fitr Namaz at home?
No, certainly not. One can perform Eid Ul fitr Salah at home per sunnah.

“When you hear that [a plague] is in a land, do not go to it and if it occurs in a land that you are already in, then do not leave it, or flee from it”.

- Praying at the correct time, starting from 15 mins after sunrise until the time of zawal (roughly 10-15 mins before the adhan of duhr)
- Eid salah should be prayed in the same format as praying in the Masjid
- Two Rakat should be prayed and read out loud with Surah Al Fatihah and another surah.
- First rakat has 7 takbeers
- The second rakat has 5 takbeers
- There is no khutbah to be read if Eid is prayed at home.
Some suggestions by Ulemas during this testing times of Coronavirus Pandemic
- Observe Ramadan at home, in the house that you live in, do not go to family or friends houses or meet them outside of the home.
- Pray at home, in the house that you live in with the people you share the house with, and do not attend any Mosque or other family or friends houses to pray.
- Do not leave the house to distribute food but donate online or via food banks instead.
General practices (sunnah) of Eid. Advice on how to perform Eid 2020
- Perform Ghusl (bath) - The best way to feel fresh for Eid is to perform ghusl before going out to pray.
- Eat Before the Eid Prayer-The Prophet (SAW) didn't go out on the morning of Eid ul fitr until he'd eaten an odd number of dates.
- Dress Up - Eid is a celebration, so it is fitting that you should dress up and wear your nicest clothes within the Islamic boundaries
- Recite Takbeer - You should recite: Allahu akbar Allahu akbar, laa ilaaha il Allah, wa Allahu akbar, Allah akbar wa lillaah il-hamd
- Exchange Well Wishes - Congratulate one another by saying "Eid Mubarak".
- Send well wishes upon one another by saying Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum" (May Allah accept good deeds) from us and from you)
