It’s my 501st post on Namaste India and I'm feeling more than happy sharing my experience with my visitors who love to read my blog on a regular basis. It would never have been possible to get 5,50,000+ views for just 500 posts which account not more than two novel volume. So, I thought to share my experience with you guys about my Blog Namaste India.
Let’s begin again with the beginning that is the name itself "Namaste India". Why I chose Namaste India as the title for my Blog NamasteIndia.info.
In this Blog NamasteIndia, I generally cover the newbies in startups, new poets, authors and innovators. I try to connect with them, research on their story, how and what made them do what they are doing, uncover as many details as much I could and try to present their insight of the story.
If you know someone who is a new innovator, writer, startup founder or renowned artist do share their story with us, we would be more than happy to publish [their/your] story here.
I selected the title Namaste India because Namaste is used as a welcome gesture or a customary greeting by Indians and I use Namaste to welcome all my visitors to my Blog to read about our incredible India!!!.

Meaning of Namaste!
Namaste is a Hindi word which has been taken from the Sanskrit language. The word Namaste is a combination of two Sanskrit words namely "Namah" and "te". The first part is Namah, which means bowing or a respectful salutation or admiration or devotion and the other part 'te' which means 'to you', thus making a sense that the person showing the gesture of Namaste or saying the word Namaste is saluting the other person in respect and bowing a little bit in admiration or reverence. This gesture of Namaste is a non-contact form of salutation which is traditional to India and very much prevalent all across the country.
Gesture Namaste!
The gesture of Namaste is performed by slightly bowing head towards the person whom ones saluting and pressing the hands together, palms touched and fingers pointed upwards, in front of the chest. This gesture in Sanskrit is known as Añjali Mudrā or Pranamasana.
What Namaste India is all about!
I cover only the topics revolving around India, I try to present my India in the best form I can, to the rest of the world. I wish the whole world should know about our rich cultural heritage and the west should come to us and follow our tradition instead of we going there or following their tradition.
Jai Hind!!!
