Katulu Ravi Kumar (born 24 April 1988) is an Indian weightlifter from Orissa. hailing from the southern town of Berhampur in odisha, he started his career as a weightlifter from the veer hanuman club in Berhampur. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games, he won gold in the Men's 69 kg weightlifting.

Ravi Kumar, originally a bodybuilder who took up weightlifting just three years before the 2010 Commonwealth games, won with a record total of 321kg.

He is a perfect role model for aspiring sportsperson from the state.
